In 2026, Greyson is built around one common denominator: higher efficiency while maintaining top-tier delivery quality across our capabilities. Technology is evolving faster than ever before – and our goal is to ensure that our clients benefit from this progress first and foremost.
Across Consulting, Development and the Data capability, we are systematically expanding the use of AI, cloud technologies and modern practices that accelerate delivery, optimize capacity and create higher added value.
Consulting: AI as a Project Delivery Accelerator
“Our main objective is to strengthen the use of AI tools across all aspects of project delivery,” says Marek Opava on behalf of Consulting.
In Consulting, Greyson already has well-established AI usage in testing, where it helps accelerate validation processes and improve their quality. In 2026, however, the focus shifts further:
- expanding AI usage in development,
- analyzing opportunities to integrate AI into business analysis,
- leveraging AI for data cleansing and processing.
The goal is not only to save time and capacity, but above all to deliver projects faster and with greater stability.
At the same time, AI is increasingly becoming part of Greyson’s internal processes, particularly in HR and Sales. Automating routine activities allows our people to focus on higher-value work – whether working closely with clients or developing our teams.

Data & Cloud: Maximum Value at a Reasonable Cost
“Our strongest competitive advantage has long been the price/performance ratio,” says Jan Kopecký, Associate Partner and Capability Lead – Data.
In 2026, we aim not only to maintain this advantage but to strengthen it further. The year will be strongly focused on cloud technologies from the world’s leading vendors, with whom we are already established partners.
We continuously develop our know-how in cloud, data platforms and analytics solutions – and transfer this expertise directly to our clients through professional services that make sense both technologically and economically.
A separate chapter is AI in data solutions. Properly designed AI tools can save clients significant time and cost – and it is precisely this pragmatic, business-oriented approach where we see their greatest value.
Testing: Quality, Performance and AI in Practice
“In 2026, the Testing department focuses on three key areas – automation, performance testing and meaningful AI adoption,” says Tibor Macura, Capability Lead – Testing.
Automated testing is now a natural part of most of our projects. We combine manual and automated testing, either through proprietary tools and frameworks developed by our specialists or through solutions preferred by the client. The objective is a stable and efficient testing ecosystem that supports both quality and delivery speed.
In performance testing, we aim to build on successful pilot projects from last year and further expand this expertise. Verifying performance, scalability and system stability is, in our view, a key component of modern software architecture.
We use AI to increase testers’ efficiency (assistants, agents, automation), while also focusing on testing and refining AI solutions themselves, including validation of LLM outputs. Strong emphasis is placed on security, handling sensitive data and addressing specific client needs.
Development: Higher Efficiency Without Compromising Quality
“We focus on increasing efficiency while maintaining high delivery quality,” says Jiří Hlásný, Capability Lead – Development.
In software development, 2026 is built on three key pillars:
- leveraging new tools and modern development practices,
- systematically expanding the expertise of our developers,
- preparing teams for AI integration across the entire development lifecycle.
AI is no longer an isolated experiment. It is becoming a natural part of development – from solution design through implementation to testing and maintenance. Our goal is to ensure that our developers are ready to succeed even in the most demanding projects driven by today’s digital transformation.
Shared Vision: Technology That Makes Sense
Across all Greyson capabilities, we share the same philosophy in 2026: we use technology where it creates real business value for our clients.
AI, cloud and modern development practices are not goals in themselves. They are tools to:
- deliver faster,
- optimize capacity usage,
- and provide solutions with long-term value.
We see Greyson’s future – and lasting partnerships – in this very combination.
