Ji\u0159\u00ed Nov\u00e1k<\/strong><\/p>\n From data migration to building client teams<\/strong><\/p>\n I joined Greyson as a consultant and project manager with experience in migration projects. Gradually, however, I found that besides the delivery itself, I was increasingly drawn to finding ways to be helpful to the client in a broader context and how to build strong teams. This path led me through the role of Client Manager at Kooperativa poji\u0161\u0165ovna to building a team at Banka Creditas. After four years, as Head of Sales, I handed over two of our largest clients in the Czech Republic to my colleagues, which was an important milestone for me, confirming that this direction was the right one.<\/p>\n Comprehensive support and strategic perspective<\/strong><\/p>\n My domain is large-scale transformation and migration projects where I can fully leverage my technical background. However, I see my main added value in the ability to look at the client’s needs comprehensively \u2013 not just as an isolated task, but as part of a broader business ecosystem. I help clients build teams and processes so that they are sustainable in the long term and deliver real results.<\/p>\n A future shaped by AI and a strong culture<\/strong><\/p>\n In the coming years, I will focus intensively on how to successfully guide Greyson through a period in which artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the rules of the game. Changes are coming fast, and our agility will determine whether we maintain our market leader position. However, my priority is also to ensure that, despite the technological transformation, Greyson remains a place with a strong culture where talented people find space for their professional and personal growth.<\/p>\n Peter Liczki<\/strong><\/p>\n From programming to managing complex implementations<\/strong><\/p>\n My journey in IT started with code. As a developer, I spent nights debugging functions, but gradually I began to be drawn to the bigger picture. Through the roles of technical analyst and team leader, I worked my way up to project manager for large banking implementations. At Greyson, I progressed from delivery lead to Associate Partner. I consider leading demanding migration projects and building deep trust with clients, which is crucial for success in our business, to be the most important moments.<\/p>\n Connecting the technical world with the business agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n I am closest to the technical and architectural aspects of projects, but thanks to years in banking, I also feel right at home in purely business topics. An example is my latest project involving the migration of clients under new contracts into a new corporate banking platform. What fulfills me most is knowing that the company we are building together can reliably deliver a solution at a critical moment. It is precisely this reliability that opens the door to further growth.<\/p>\n An inspiring environment for shared growth<\/strong><\/p>\n I want to focus on acquiring projects where we can fully utilize our collective know-how. It matters to me that we work on assignments where the power of teamwork can shine through. My goal is to create an inspiring environment for all colleagues \u2013 from juniors to seniors \u2013 where our experience translates into real solutions. I want Greyson to be the clear first choice for clients on projects where they need an experienced and strong partner.<\/p>\n Michal Zeman<\/strong><\/p>\n From project delivery to the architecture of strategic partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n My journey at Greyson is defined by constantly pushing the boundaries between what the client needs and what will actually bring them profit. I started deep in project analysis, where I realized that true success in consulting is not built on technology, but on trust. Over time, I moved through key roles in Sales and Business Development, where I shaped our ability to win and deliver the most complex transformations in the banking sector. For me, the position of Associate Partner is about strategically connecting market needs with our unique expertise.<\/p>\n Maximizing value in the digital financial world<\/strong><\/p>\n I primarily focus on strategic clients in the financial and fintech sectors, where new business models are born. My added value lies in the ability to identify hidden opportunities for efficiency and growth where others only see technical debt. For clients, I am a partner who understands their P&L (profit and loss statements) just as well as IT architecture. I help them navigate complex tenders and transformation programs so that every euro invested has a clear return.<\/p>\n Vision 2026: Scalable growth and technology-accelerated Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n In the coming years, my priority is to transform the way Greyson grows. I am focusing on integrating AI and modern automation tools directly into our sales and delivery processes. My vision is to build a team of leaders who are not just salespeople, but true “trusted advisors” for our clients’ top management. I want Greyson to confirm its role as a partner that can scale expertise without losing quality.<\/p>\n Although the journey of each of our Associate Partners is unique, they are united by the ambition to push the boundaries of consulting and to build Greyson as a place where professionalism meets humanity. We believe that their experience and clear direction will be a key engine in the coming years, not only for our internal development, but above all for the success of our clients.
